🌟A responsive tourism brand website integrating bubble tea culture, sustainable facilities, DIY experiences, venue rental and online reservations.

Project Overview
This project involved the planning and development of a tourism brand website for Kili Bay Bubble Tea Cultural Center. The website brings together bubble tea culture, sustainable facilities, travel information, DIY experiences, online reservations, venue rental and event updates within one digital platform.
Rather than serving only as an introduction to a tourist attraction, the website creates a complete user journey from discovering the brand and exploring the facilities to choosing an experience, making a reservation and continuing the relationship through online shopping.
The result is a website that supports brand presentation, visitor information and service conversion within a single, clearly structured experience.
Bubble Tea Culture and Sustainable Facilities
The website presents Kili Bay’s distinctive combination of Taiwanese bubble tea culture, sustainable architecture, environmental education and visitor experiences.
Before visiting, users can explore the facility’s architectural features, floor layout, cultural exhibitions, DIY classrooms, dining areas and outdoor spaces. This allows visitors to understand the attraction in advance and plan a suitable route based on their interests.
The website organises complex facility information into clear visual sections, making it easier for families, individual visitors, schools and tour groups to understand what is available throughout the site.

DIY Experiences and Online Reservations
DIY activities are one of the website’s key service features. The website presents bubble tea shaking and handmade tapioca pearl experiences in a structured format, allowing visitors to understand the activity content, available dates, duration and participation requirements before making a reservation.
The online reservation pathway connects the activity introduction directly with the booking process. Visitors do not need to search separately for contact information, creating a smoother journey from discovering an experience to selecting a suitable session and submitting a reservation.
This structure helps turn the website from a simple information platform into a practical service tool for visitors planning their trip.

Family Visits and Event Updates
The website also functions as a travel content platform through event updates, visitor guides, facility news and activity information.
Travel guides help first-time visitors understand admission information, opening hours, recommended experiences and available facilities. Event content can be updated continuously to present seasonal programmes, family activities, exhibitions and special announcements.
These sections ensure that the website remains active and useful instead of functioning only as a fixed introduction to the attraction.

Venue Rental and Group Services
In addition to individual and family visitors, the website provides venue rental and group activity information for companies, schools and other organisations.
Different spaces are presented separately, including conference rooms, presentation rooms, dining areas and multifunctional training spaces. Visitors can compare each venue according to its capacity, intended use and available facilities.
This allows the website to serve both tourism visitors and business customers who require spaces for meetings, lectures, training sessions, presentations or group activities.

Brand Products and Online Shopping
The website also connects visitors with Kili Bay’s online shopping platform. After learning about bubble tea culture or completing an onsite experience, visitors can continue exploring the brand through tapioca pearls, milk tea products, tea leaves and other related items.
Connecting the tourism website with the online store extends the physical visitor experience into an ongoing digital relationship. Even after leaving the attraction, users can continue engaging with the brand and purchasing related products online.
This creates a more complete customer journey that combines cultural experience, tourism and e-commerce.

Responsive Design
The website adapts its content layout for desktop computers, tablets and mobile phones. Visitors can review facility information, DIY activities, venue services and reservation details while planning their trip or travelling.
Clear navigation, structured content sections and visible action links help the information-rich tourism website remain readable and easy to use across different screen sizes.
